Whirled Pies Presents YAK ATTACK & WATKINS GLEN at WATKINS GLEN’s Flashback to 1975 Halloween Party at Whirled Pies in Eugene on Friday, October 24, 2025. WATKINS GLEN continues its tradition of paying tribute every Halloween to the music of 50 years prior. This year they flash back to one of the finest years in all of music history, 1975 followed by a power dance set from the amazing YAK ATTACK. Fresh off a fantastic weekend at Cascade Equinox, YAK ATTACK is one of the most brilliant musical experiences around. This transcendent band calls themselves live-looping house breakbeat electro-funk drum&bass trip-hop, but no label can contain their sound…their live shows are nothing short of stunning, gorgeous and captivating. Dave Dernovsek, keyboardist / guitarist / mastermind of YAK ATTACK, will also be appearing as a member of WATKINS GLEN for their Flashback to ’75 set, which will also feature other special guest performers. SEAN MCLEAN and the VIBETENDERS are a rowdy jamband with elements of soul, indie, blues, funk and americana. The frontman, Sean McLean, is best known as the sax and guitar player for local dancefloor instigators, World’s Finest. He can also be seen playing around the jam scene making guest appearances with bands such as Umphrey’s McGee, Leftover Salmon, Daniel Donato, Andy Frasco, Lespecial, ALO and The Kitchen Dwellers to name a few. Sean’s Music features original songs, reworked World’s Finest numbers as well as a clever blend of classic and unique covers. Every Vibetenders show is a great time and, of course, guaranteed to be the perfect vibe.

Boris “Bo” Wiedenfeld-Needham, candidate for the US House of Representatives-Oregon – District 4 is hosting a campaign kick off at Whirled Pies.

Entertainment by world renowned protest singer David Rovics and DJ Joe Diddley

TJ is a Haitian born stand-up comedian who is currently based in New York City. TJ has a very laid back, smooth, and conversational style. He jokes about race, society’s idiosyncrasies, and the inherent contrast between life in Haiti and America. He has made appearances on Gotham Comedy Live (AXS TV) and Good Day New York (FOX).

TJ is a paid regular at the Comedy Cellar and Gotham Comedy Club in NYC. He has performed all over the world. He recently returned from a small European tour where he performed in English and French.

He has opened for Colin Quinn, Janelle James, Maria Bamford and Sean Patton. He has also been a featured performer at numerous festivals like Netflix Is A Joke Festival, SF Sketchfest and the Eugene Mirman Comedy Festival.
