11/1 Heaven Zest and Alcyon Massive

Join us on November 1st at Whirled Pies in Eugene, Oregon, for a night of celebration, gratitude, and unforgettable music as Heaven Zest (born Evan Burton), founding member of the band Indubious and cherished Oregon local, returns to the stage. This event marks his first performance in Eugene after his near fatal illness and second double lung transplant on May 31st, making it a powerful testament and celebration of the resilience of the human spirit.

Heaven Zest is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, live looper, and vocalist whose spirit-infused messages of magic and love shine through a captivating blend of Reggae, Dub, EDM, tribal rhythms, and hip hop. Each of his performances is a unique and deeply personal experience, crafted improvisationally to resonate with the audience.

As a pivotal member of the band Indubious for nearly two decades, Heaven Zest’s solo project embodies his journey of overcoming immense challenges, including battling Cystic Fibrosis and surviving two double lung transplants. His music is a celebration of life, positivity, and the unyielding power of the human spirit.

The evening will also feature a special performance by Alcyon Massive, who will unveil his new D4NK SET, featuring live drums by Matty Narmis, formerly of Indubious. This collaboration promises to add even more excitement to an already inspiring night.
