1/21 JAMMIN’ WITH THE PRO’S JAZZ JAM

Jammin’ with the Pros, hosted by vocalist Dona Clarke, is the longest running
jazz jam in the Eugene/Springfield area. It features some of the most
experienced and talented local jazz musicians and jammers.
Dona began the jam in 2018 and the jam has grown into a wonderful community
gathering of jazz lovers. We have a new home at Whirled Pies every 1st and 3rd
Wednesday of the month.
For each jam Dona puts together a rhythm section trio chosen from a rotation of
eight local, seasoned professionals for your jamming and listening pleasure.
Tonight’s pros are Gerry Rempel, Hamilton Mays, and Carlito Perez.
Experienced, skilled musicians & vocalists are invited to sit in. Vocalists – please
bring 4 copies of charts in your key.
Every jam is different, and each one serves up a great night of live jazz –
and there is pizza, good food, and a full bar involved!
